Job Description

As a retail manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Manage and drive the store and team members to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
  • Lead by example in creating exceptional customer experiences while achieving personal sales targets.
  • Recruit, train, and coach team members to become top performers.
