About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong background in retail management.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing a team of staff, and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Retail Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Business or related field (desirable).
  • Personal Qualities:
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
