**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated leader to join our team as a Veterinary Operations Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in the implementation of hospital systems, recruitment, and onboarding of team members.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate day-to-day business operations across the facility, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our patients and clients.
  • Lead change initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders and the leadership team to drive positive change and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee local finances and payroll, working closely with our centralized finance team to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement operational management systems, processes, and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Prioritize delivering high-quality service to our clients and referring veterinarians, while ensuring the welfare of our patients and team members.

**About You**

We are looking for a proven leader with exceptional self-awareness, empathy, and interpersonal skills. You will have a flexible and collaborative approach, with a passion for continuous improvement and fostering an engaging environment.

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or veterinary setting.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of mentoring, motivating, and coaching team members.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Strong customer service orientation, ensuring continuous improvement and exceptional patient care.
