About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dietitian to join our team on a casual basis. As a Dietitian with the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive and integrated health services, tailored to the needs of our local community.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, including health professionals and service providers from other sectors.
  • Utilize a combination of preventative, early intervention, treatment, and evaluation approaches to achieve optimal health outcomes.
  • Contribute to the clinical supervision of less experienced allied health professionals, allied health assistants, and students.
Requirements
  • Hold a recognized qualification within the Nutrition and Dietetics profession.
  • Be eligible for practicing membership of the Dietitians Association of Australia.
  • Participate in the Dietitians Association of Australia accredited CPD program.
  • Meet the requirements for appointment at AHP2 level, including a Masters with a related allied health undergraduate degree or at least 2 years post-graduate experience.
