O'Shea's is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Casual/Permanent Part-Time Domestic Cleaners to join our expert team. We offer a great chance for those who enjoy physical work, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work unsupervised.

This position requires a current Police Clearance, drivers licence, and experience in detailed domestic cleaning services. Successful applicants will be part of a fun and fast-paced environment, working with various clients including real estate agents, builders, private residence owners, property managers, NDIS customers, and more.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking reliable and professional Domestic Cleaners who can confidently provide high-level, detailed cleaning services to our clients. This includes regular house cleaning, one-off house cleaning, NDIS cleaning, spring cleaning, end-of-lease cleaning, and builders cleans. As a Domestic Cleaner, you will have flexible working hours, negotiable days/hours, and opportunities to work with a positive and supportive team.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work independently, taking ownership of your tasks and quality-checking your own work.
  • Maintain a neat appearance, being punctual and hardworking at all times.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, effectively interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Handle heavy physical work, having a positive attitude and being a team player.
  • Have an eye for detail, delivering only high-quality work that meets O'Shea's standards.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in domestic cleaning, a current Police Clearance, and drivers licence.
