About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced domestic cleaner to join our team at O'Shea's. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our clients, including regular house cleaning, one-off house cleaning, NDIS cleaning, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional cleaning services to clients, including regular house cleaning, one-off house cleaning, NDIS cleaning, and more
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, to ensure high-quality results
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Meet deadlines and work efficiently to complete tasks
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in domestic cleaning
  • Current Police Clearance and Driver's License
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and public holidays
