Data Insights Specialist

As a Data Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining reports to provide actionable delivery insights that measure flow metrics, monitor delivery performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement across the software development life cycle.
This is a 6 month fixed-term contract opportunity.
About You- Prior experience supporting delivery teams, Agile transformations, or product operations through reporting and analytics.
- Experience building intuitive EazyBI dashboards, including using MDX formulas, creating custom calculations, and designing visualisations that clearly communicate flow health.
- Data analysis and interpretation skills, including ability to dive deep into complex data, extract meaningful patterns, and turn them into actionable delivery insights.
- Flow metrics expertise, including strong understanding of flow-based delivery metrics (cycle time, lead time WIP etc.) and how they apply to Agile, Lean, and Kanban delivery models.
- Communication and storytelling with data skills, including ability to present complex information in a way that is simple, visual, and influential.
- Continuous improvement mindset, including passion for spotting inefficiencies and using data-driven insights to drive sustainable delivery improvements.
