Infrastructure Transformation Specialist

This is a key role in the evaluation and migration of our on-premises virtualisation platform from VMware to Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Build and evaluate an on-prem Hyper-V virtualisation cluster.
- Assess Microsoft-based solutions, including Azure Stack HCI.
- Lead the migration of workloads from VMware to Hyper-V.
- Analyse existing infrastructure and recommend optimal architecture.
- Address challenges related to hyperconverged storage (e.g. vSAN).
You will have demonstrated experience migrating workloads between VMware and Hyper-V, deep understanding of Hyper-V deployment options and Azure Stack HCI, familiarity with hyperconverged storage and Microsoft alternatives, strong analytical and architectural design skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
