Job Title: Business Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our team at Gladesville Veterinary Hospital, a thriving veterinary practice located in Gladesville, NSW.

As a Business Manager, you will play a critical role in the operations and financial management of our practice, working closely with our leadership team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the hospital.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Managing financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and improve profitability
  • Coordinating with staff to ensure adherence to practice policies and procedures
  • Monitoring and improving customer service standards to enhance client satisfaction
  • Leading recruitment, training, and performance management for administrative and support staff
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

We are looking for a Business Manager with:
