Job Title: Allied Health Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly supervise and mentor the Allied Health team to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Monitor performance and coordinate necessary changes to improve overall results.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders to promote our services.
  • Promote access to training and education opportunities for clinicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement new graduate programs for future therapists to ensure they receive comprehensive support and guidance.
  • Report directly to the National Allied Health Manager to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Allied Health tertiary qualification.
  • Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Pathology qualifications.
  • Registration with relevant professional bodies (AHPRA or SPA).
  • Extensive postgraduate experience in the disability sector.
  • Experience leading and supervising Allied Health clinicians to achieve desired outcomes.
  • A strong commitment to leading a positive team culture that fosters collaboration and respect.
  • Experience working within the NDIS framework to provide high-quality services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously to achieve business objectives.
