Job Overview:

A visionary technologist plays a crucial role in shaping the future of retail by developing innovative solutions for ServiceNow platform.

They are accountable for establishing and maintaining best practices in ServiceNow architecture development, ensuring governance processes drive solution quality and meet organisational standards.

The visionary technologist contributes to the development and enforcement of ServiceNow design principles, standards, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with IT and business strategies while reducing technical debt and optimising platform performance.

Key Responsibilities include leading the design and development of ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations, and engaging in hands-on ServiceNow platform development, including scripting, configuration, integration, and customization.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience working within the IT Industry/retail services or in technology consulting across multiple modules in ServiceNow.
  • Strong leadership skills & communications skills with the ability to relate to, negotiate with and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Desire for learning and continuous improvement. Ability to stay up-to-date with the ServiceNow platform and leverage new capabilities to support business needs.
