Regional Facilities Manager | Customer & Operations | Sydney NSW

We're seeking a highly skilled Regional Facilities Manager to join our team in Sydney NSW. As a key member of our customer and operations team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional facilities management services to our customers.

About the Role:

  • Contribute to the development of strategic frameworks for facilities management and service delivery, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Lead the performance management of regional facility management operations, including maintenance services, minor tenancy refurbishments, relocations, environmental programs, and WHS.
  • Implement agreed performance goals, standards, and measures to inform facility-focused capital and operations, as well as FTE asset management.
  • Identify, manage, and escalate risks associated with regional facility management operations, ensuring performance and mitigation where practicable.
  • Ensure efficient resolution of facility management maintenance and service requests, maintaining high communication and professionalism standards.
  • Lead and oversee a team of Mailroom and/or Concierge professionals, with a portfolio of sites across 3 states/territories.

About You:

  • Significant experience in contemporary facilities management practices, facilities operations, contract management, health, and safety practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with staff, clients, and service providers.
  • Experience in leading and delivering projects within time, budget, and resource constraints, achieving sustainable outcomes.
  • Vendor management experience, including performance management.
  • Ability to work outside of office hours to support maintenance activities.
