Senior Pharmacy Leadership Role

This leadership position oversees clinical pharmacy services and operations at Moorabbin Hospital and the Compounding Service across all Monash Health sites.

The role is responsible for leading pharmacy staff and credentialing within Moorabbin Hospital and the Compounding and Cancer Services, as well as governance and quality assurance for these portfolios.

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced pharmacist leader to fill this senior role. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leadership and management experience, particularly in hospital pharmacy settings.

The ideal candidate will be registered with AHPRA as a Pharmacist and have extensive experience in Oncology/Haematology and Compounding. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of clinical pharmacy services and operations
  • Leadership of pharmacy staff and credentialing
  • Governance and quality assurance for Cancer Services and Compounding portfolios

This role reports to a Deputy Director of Pharmacy and leads Pharmacy Team Leaders who manage teams of pharmacists and technicians.
