Occupational Rehabilitation Professional

This position focuses on assisting individuals to regain meaningful occupation engagement.
- Evaluate the rehabilitation needs of workers affected by work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses.
- Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests.
- Perform a variety of assessments based on your clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
- Be responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress towards their return to work goal.
- Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate business objectives achievement.
