We're seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Consultant to help individuals regain confidence and return to meaningful work after injury or illness.
About You
You're empathetic, resilient, and committed to making a difference.
You hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physio, Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work and are registered with AHPRA, ASORC, or AASW.
You are a natural communicator, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are passionate about guiding individuals through complex life changes, whether helping someone reimagine their career or advocating for a supportive workplace.
The Role
Fully remote, full-time or 4 days a week
As a Rehab Consultant, you'll support injured individuals as they re-enter the workforce, helping rebuild confidence, reconnect with goals, and re-enter life with purpose.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting clients with care and compassion, conducting assessments, and guiding them through career transitions.
Collaborating with health professionals, employers, insurers, and stakeholders to co-create solutions.
Designing tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans focusing on recovery and reintegration.
Visiting workplaces to understand challenges and advocate for safer, inclusive environments.
