Pre-Owned Luxury Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Pre-owned Luxury team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales and gross profit objectives, managing stock, mentoring sales team members, and ensuring a superior customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, outstanding negotiation, written, and verbal skills. They will also have the ability to set goals and targets, lead the team to success, and maximise internet opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and monitor sales and gross profit objectives.
  • Manage stock to maximise ROI.
  • Mentor and coach sales team members.
  • Set clear standards for a superior customer experience.
  • Monitor and act on business management information and key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation, written, and verbal skills.
  • Ability to set goals and targets and lead the team to success.
  • Knowledge of motor dealership systems is advantageous.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Sound knowledge of internet and selling skills required to maximise internet opportunities.
