Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking a Disability Support Practitioner to join our team in the Northern Beaches area. As a Disability Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering personalized support to clients in a group home setting, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting independence and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized support to clients in a group home setting, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication administration.
- Support clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent.
- Support clients to engage and participate in their community, including social activities and outings.
- Build positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum) is preferred.
- Live locally to the Northern Beaches.
