Job details:
We're currently looking for a mature, native English speaking Support Worker to assist a young man with autism and ADHD living independently.

We're looking for 2-3 workers both male and female to work on split shifts (6 hours each shift), as the client receives support from 10am to 10pm.

The applicant:

- Must have a car & license.
- Fluent English speaker.
- aged over 25
- Must have some experience with ADHD and intellectual disabilities.
- Is happy to assist with all household duties including meal preparation and cleaning.
- Is okay with dogs, smoking and LGBQT+ friendly.
- Is pro-active, reliable and has good communication skills.

Qualifications (we can assist in obtaining if you don't already have):

- NDIS Clearance Check
- NDIS Orientation module

**Salary**: From $40.91 hourly on weekdays; $54.54 on Saturdays; $68.64 on Sundays. Plus superannuation. In-shift travel is reimbursed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: From $40.91 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 42 per week

- Afternoon shift

- Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Northern Beaches, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
