Job Overview

We are seeking an Auto Parts Associate to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial and mining customers, leveraging your expert automotive/mechanical knowledge.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer experiences and creating 'moments that matter'. You will also be responsible for interpreting parts, processing customer orders, efficiently dispatching products and parts, promoting specials, arranging buy ins, processing customer credits, and being the first point of contact for customers in-person and over the phone.

Main Responsibilities:
