Auto Parts Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Auto Parts Specialist to join our team in Toowoomba. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing accurate technical parts support to customers through various communication channels
- Efficiently processing customer orders and dispatching products
- Promoting special offers and negotiating buy-ins
- Processing customer credits and maintaining accurate records
You will also be responsible for assisting in the warehouse by accurately picking, packing, and dispatching stock orders. This role requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will require:
- A strong understanding of automotive/mechanical principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications
