  • Handle client inquiries where applicable.
  • Book and schedule appointments where applicable.
  • Manage client records in CRM software and hard copies.
  • Provide regular reports to management.
  • Improve efficiency and maximise profitability.
  • Contribute to a culture consistent with the values of the organisation.
