Financial Professional Wanted

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and skilled accountant with strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and Xero Accounting software. They will be responsible for assisting in financial record keeping, preparing financial statements, and providing monthly forecasts to management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in financial record keeping and financial activities
  • Preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Providing support to external auditors with reports of management, investors, and regulatory authorities
  • Preparing budgets and costing on a monthly basis and analyzing the same
  • Supplying monthly forecasts to management
  • Complying with tax laws and regulations, filing tax returns, and calculating tax liabilities
  • Conducting financial analysis, preparing reports, and assisting in purchasing and selling of property
  • Supporting external auditors with audit processes and providing necessary documentation
  • Conducting internal audits
Essential Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • Proven experience as an accountant
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Xero Accounting software and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines

  • Police Check & International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas)
