Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Specialist to join our team at S2M Digital Recruitment. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing multiple social media accounts for different channel brands, specifically in the LGBTQI+ and movie entertainment spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored social media strategies for various brands to achieve their goals and engage with their target audience.
- Create and manage engaging content, primarily on TikTok and other platforms, to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement.
- Manage online communities, responding to comments and messages to foster positive interaction and build brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop viral content and negotiate terms to ensure successful partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and use insights to boost engagement and optimize ROI.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of creating engaging content and working with creators.
- Strong knowledge of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and others, with video editing skills and experience with software like Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently, with a strong understanding of social media analytics tools and influencer marketing.
Preferred:
- Experience with managing multiple brands' social media accounts and working with influencers.
