Senior Medical Educator and Simulation Specialist

The primary function of this role is to oversee the coordination and delivery of medical education programs within the Emergency Department, under the guidance of senior consultant staff. Key responsibilities include developing educator skills in simulation design, event management, and debriefing multidisciplinary in situ simulations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver education and teaching programs for Residents and Registrars, focusing on developing key clinical and educational competencies.
- Develop and implement high-quality medical education programs that align with departmental goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive medical education curriculum, including content and delivery strategies.
- Collaborate with experienced educators and consultants to enhance medical education services.
