As a Robotics Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge robotics and Industry 4.0 technologies, building relationships with customers and developing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a territory plan, including target accounts within your sales territory.
  • Prospect for sales leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other social channels, particularly targeting FMCG and F&B industries.
  • Prepare proposals and tender submissions for customers.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders in the buying process, including key decision makers.
  • Understand Konica Minolta's robotics offering and communicate its capabilities effectively to internal and external customers.
  • Take responsibility for explaining our offering during customer demonstrations, paid trials, and post-sales implementation.
  • Closely manage sales performance, striving to meet or exceed quarterly and yearly sales targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, and delivery operations, as well as strategic partnership management.
  • Knowledge of disruptive technologies like robotics, IoT solutions, and logistic automation.
  • Experience in manufacturing, especially FMCG, F&B, and logistics.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Analytical, planning, project management, and execution skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
