Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Environmental Fragrance Technician to join our team. As an Environmental Fragrance Technician, you will play a critical role in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of our innovative environmental fragrance and indoor air quality systems.

Your expertise in HVAC mechanical systems and troubleshooting skills will enable you to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Additionally, your excellent communication skills will ensure that customer expectations are met and surpassed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install cutting-edge environmental fragrance systems that disperse captivating scents in desired areas.
  • Travel to client sites to provide technical support and troubleshoot equipment.
  • Collaborate with Client Relations personnel to coordinate equipment shipment and ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on installed equipment, keeping everything running smoothly.
  • Conduct onsite property surveys and equipment specifications as directed, contributing to project success.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of field experience as an HVAC mechanical and electrical technician or low-tech Small Device services and installation Technician.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and can adapt to changing priorities with ease.
  • A general understanding of HVAC mechanical systems, ensuring effective problem-solving and smooth operation of our equipment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, enabling you to quickly identify and resolve issues.
  • The ability to read and interpret building plans and blueprints, ensuring precise installations.
  • Previous customer service experience with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Willingsness to travel frequently, embracing new destinations and challenges.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
Work Environment
  • This position is based out of our Melbourne facility.
  • Frequent local travel to client and subcontractor facilities will be part of your role.
