We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team. This role operates Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional front-line service to patients and stakeholders in a fast-paced, professional medical environment.

This is a full-time opportunity to work in a supportive team of over 200 Radiology Receptionists. You'll be the welcoming face for our patients, referrers, and healthcare partners.

About the Role
  • Manage complex patient bookings via inbound and outbound calls
  • Deliver top-tier patient care, including registration, scheduling, and addressing queries
  • Handle inquiries from key stakeholders, including referrers
  • Communicate with medical professionals and assist with results and admin duties
  • Finalise billing and other essential support tasks
  • This role requires flexibility to work across both call centre and reception shifts
Key Responsibilities:
  • You're eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • You have exceptional customer service skills and a patient-first attitude
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking are second nature to you
  • A positive attitude and team spirit are essential in our collaborative environment
  • Experience as a medical receptionist or familiarity with medical terminology is a plus (but not required)
  • Customer service experience is a must
