Key Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced administration professional to join our team as an Administration and Member Services Officer. This role will provide day-to-day administration, reception and coordination support to our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, appointments and front-of-house queries, supporting the Multicultural Resource Centre and member programs, coordinating membership communication and events, liaising with suppliers and ensuring smooth office operations, and maintaining accurate records and internal documentation.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administration and coordination support
  • Manage calendars, appointments and front-of-house queries
