Our client specialises in accident and sickness protection, seeking a proactive and highly customer-centric team player to join their dynamic team.

This is a high-level customer service role requiring skills and experience working with customers. The claims process can be taught, however any prior exposure to insurance would be beneficial.

**Key responsibilities include:**

- Ensuring service standards are met in a timely manner
- Completing initial assessment sheets with detailed action plans
- Managing claims from notification to file closure
- Updating, liaising, responding to & answering questions from brokers, claimants and stakeholders
- Conducting timely investigations in relation to coverage and medical issues
- Engaging with appropriate experts to assist with assessments
- Managing an effective diary system

To be considered for this role you will have top communication skills along with highly developed interpersonal abilities. Strong attention to detail is essential to success.

Standard hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week after a reasonable settling-in period.
