**Childcare Educator Role**

We are seeking a skilled Childcare Educator to join our team in providing high-quality activities for children aged 5-12 years, promoting their physical, social, and emotional development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and educational programs that cater to the needs of diverse learners, including children with special needs. They will supervise and support children during before and after-school care, as well as holiday programs, and ensure their safety and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement program plans that align with the National Quality Standards and promote positive outcomes for children.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, children, families, and school leaders to ensure a cohesive and inclusive environment.
  • Collaborate with other educators to ensure consistency and quality in program delivery.
  • Prepare and serve healthy food options that meet dietary requirements and provide nutritional value.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress, behavior, and attendance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent.
  • Current Employee Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain).
  • HLTAID012 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training.
