About The Role

\

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure our products meet quality standards and customer expectations. In this role, you will work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers to develop and implement robust quality systems. Your focus will be on driving continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product manufacturability, process reliability, and operational efficiency across the production lifecycle.

  • Interpret and review engineering drawings and technical specifications to verify product compliance with defined quality and performance standards.\
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Manufacturing, and Procurement teams to embed quality throughout the entire product lifecycle.\
  • Oversee the inspection and quality assurance of incoming materials and components in accordance with established inspection plans and criteria.\
  • Liaise with external suppliers and customers to resolve quality concerns, lead audits, and implement corrective and improvement initiatives.\
  • Conduct thorough root cause analyses and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to address quality issues. Manage related documentation in alignment with ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems.\
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using structured quality methodologies, including FMEA, 8D, and statistical analysis.\
  • Ensure adherence to internal quality policies, customer specifications, and applicable regulatory and industry standards.\
  • Support supplier evaluation, auditing, onboarding, and ongoing performance assessment processes.\
  • Maintain and manage supplier quality data within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and traceability.\
  • Develop and maintain risk-based inspection plans for suppliers and components, considering factors such as criticality, historical performance, and regulatory requirements.\
