Job Description

As a seasoned quality engineer, you will lead hybrid teams and manage senior client relationships to deliver exceptional results. Your expertise in quality engineering and strategic solutions will enable you to act as a trusted advisor to our clients.

Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic consulting environment. They are able to build credibility with senior stakeholders, navigate complex enterprise environments, and represent our organization across all levels of client organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead hybrid teams to ensure delivery excellence across KPIs and act as the client's go-to for quality solutions.
  • Work with the Account Director and GM to enhance client engagement and provide executive-level consultation.
  • Champion innovative QE strategies by collaborating with Practice Directors and broader leadership team.
  • Contribute to QE people leadership and support initiatives like HerTechPath.

Required Skills & Qualifications

You must be a collaborative leader able to bridge delivery excellence with commercial strategy. A skilled communicator with the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments is essential.
