Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Case Management Analyst to join our team. As a member of this team, you will play a critical role in protecting the bank and our customers from financial threats.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough fraud and scam investigations
  • Providing high-quality service to internal and external customers
  • Working closely with service portfolio leads to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Responding to internal and external inquiries relating to fraud events
  • Preparing detailed reports on quality control reviews and checks
