MPA Scheduler Role

We are seeking an experienced broadcast operations professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of daily transmission schedules and promo campaign placement.

The MPA Scheduler will take the lead on all operational aspects of transmission schedule preparation and delivery, liaising with media sales teams to ensure correct commercial placement. This includes debriefing logs after transmission and working on promo campaigns as required.

A key aspect of this role is ensuring attention to detail, effective communication, and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a background in broadcast operations and hands-on experience with IBMS, program and tx schedules.

This 12-month contract position offers an exciting opportunity to expand your skills in a dynamic broadcast environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with media sales teams to plan and execute commercial placements.
  • Deliver daily transmission schedules and promo campaign materials.
  • Manage logistics and coordination for live events and transmissions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for transmission schedules and campaign performance.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in IBMS, program and tx schedules.
  • Familiarity with broadcast operations and transmission scheduling software.
  • Strong understanding of media planning and campaign execution.
