As the Divisional Director of Mental Health at Latrobe Regional Health, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic, financial, and performance goals of the Division. Your primary objective will be to embed a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that the Division meets business and organisational priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead major operational improvement and continual improvement projects across the division and the organisation, as directed.
- Develop and implement service improvements, quality enhancements, and efficiency initiatives aligned to priority outcomes and key performance indicators.
- Provide effective leadership, efficient management, and visible role modelling to drive business outcomes.
