**Job Opportunity:**Surgical Services require an experienced Registered Nurse to take on the role of Associate Nurse Unit Manager. This position involves delivering advanced clinical care, supporting a team, and driving quality and improvement.
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care and oversee patient outcomes within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Mentor and guide less experienced staff to foster a positive and professional team culture.
  • Assist with daily ward operations including rostering, staffing, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Participate in clinical audits, promote best practice care, and support implementation of practice improvements and change initiatives.
  • Facilitate clinical teaching and contribute to a culture of learning and ongoing development.
