Experienced Plumber for Facilities Maintenance

Position Overview
Join Ventia as a Plumbing Technician, where you will be stationed at various accommodation facilities, working on a structured roster that includes extended breaks. This is a permanent full-time position offering a competitive salary along with additional benefits such as superannuation and allowances.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct plumbing, gas, and drainage repairs and maintenance.
- Perform change-outs, new installations, and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Represent Ventia with professionalism and integrity.
- Communicate effectively with clients and collaborate with other trades as necessary.
- Complete all relevant documentation promptly.
- Participate in an on-call roster or work overtime as required by client needs.
- Adhere to all Ventia safety, health, environment, and quality policies.
Candidate Profile
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Current plumbing registration and license.
- Gas fitting license (preferred).
- Solar and Heat Pump Endorsement.
- Site Safe Passport or equivalent (preferred).
- CPR and First Aid Certification (preferred).
- Valid Driver's License and White Card.
- A minimum of three years of post-trade experience in mining, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Experience in building maintenance and scheduled servicing.
