Job Opportunity

We are seeking skilled Floor Installers to join our team of professionals working on various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Properly install carpet, hybrid, laminate, and engineered flooring according to industry standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Clean, level, and prepare installation sites by removing existing flooring.
  • Measure and calculate the size of rooms to determine the required amount of flooring materials.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales teams and other installers.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
  • Resolve any installation-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Complete all projects within the provided timeline while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Floor Installer with in-depth knowledge of installing various types of flooring.
  • Strong understanding of installation tools and flooring materials.
  • Excellent communication skills to professionally resolve any issues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Necessary tools for flooring installation.
  • Insurance coverage (Public liability and workers compensation).

Physical Demands:

  • Able to lift heavy equipment and materials.
  • Comfortable bending, kneeling, and working in tight spaces.
