Labourer/Flooring Installer Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to work as a labourer/flooring installer in our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing assistance to installers, and working collaboratively with the team to meet customers' flooring needs.

This is a casual position that may lead to full-time employment for the right candidate. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in the flooring industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide timely and efficient service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide Assistance to Installers: Support installers in completing tasks, such as preparing materials and equipment.
  • Work Collaboratively with the Team: Contribute to a positive and productive team environment, communicating effectively with colleagues and management.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's licence
  • A valid White Card
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Physical fitness
