About the role

As a Trade Counter Sales Assistant, you'll work with trades and businesses to deliver exceptional customer service in-store and in the warehouse. You'll also be responsible for local deliveries, making sure our customers receive their products on time.

Your day-to-day

  • Provide over-the-counter sales to customers, ensuring they find the right products for their needs.
  • Accurately process and pick and pack orders, meeting our high standards for quality and efficiency.
  • Use our in-house technology to track, submit, and complete delivery runs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Assist in branch stock management activities, helping us maintain a well-stocked and organized trade counter.

About you

  • No experience is necessary, as we'll provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role.
  • A clean car driver's license is essential, as you'll be responsible for local deliveries.
  • Basic computer skills are a must, as you'll be using our technology to manage orders and deliveries.
