Visionary Disability Leader

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our organization's strategic direction. With over 30 years of experience empowering people with disabilities, we require an individual with CEO-level expertise, deep understanding of government policies and funding mechanisms, and exceptional commercial acumen to join our board.
Our organization operates as a not-for-profit entity, a company limited by guarantee, and a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC). We aim to drive positive community impact through our endeavors.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Demonstrated leadership experience in a comparable organization, with a proven track record of organizational growth, sustainability, and effective risk management.
- Expertise in government policy, regulation, and funding frameworks, particularly those relevant to the disability or community services sectors.
- Strong commercial and strategic leadership capabilities, with the ability to contribute to the development and oversight of long-term strategic plans in a dynamic and evolving environment.
