Business Leader

We are seeking a skilled business leader to manage all aspects of our operations.

  • Manage and lead all site functions, ensuring high-quality service delivery and excellent customer experiences.
  • Have experience managing budgets, with a strong understanding of food costing, waste management, and site safety protocols.
  • Deliver exceptional results by inspiring teams to create outstanding customer experiences while maintaining tight operational controls.
  • Follow company health, safety, and security procedures at all times.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop large teams of chefs and facilities staff.
  • Effectively manage client and resident expectations.
  • Proven background in Facilities Management (FM), overseeing cleaning, maintenance, and asset management operations in remote or complex environments.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience managing medium to large sites with knowledge of both culinary and cleaning services.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to drive positive team culture and commercial success.
  • Experience with financial reporting and commercial focus.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering profitable business results.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and excellent service delivery skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety protocols and commitment to safety excellence.
  • Sound knowledge of HACCP principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the site team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular site audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
