Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Computing Infrastructure Technician to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Data Center Operations team, you will play a critical role in designing, installing, and maintaining the world's largest computing infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure racks of hosts in line with internal Service-Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Diagnose and repair issues for server, storage, and network devices, including the physical replacement of parts
  • Remediation or recovery of physical power issues on racks and participate in Data Center power & cooling events
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
  • 1+ years of computer networking experience
  • High school or equivalent diploma

As a Cloud Computing Infrastructure Technician, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our cloud services. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting complex systems, as well as collaborating with other teams to resolve issues.

  • A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required due to the location of our sites
