We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Basic knowledge of tobacco and retail industry would be an advantage.
