Join Our Team as a Sales Associate

The Ten Tops sales team is comprised of talented and dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our business. As a sales associate, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and maintaining a positive store environment.


Responsibilities
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Maintain high standards of product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including stock replenishment and display maintenance
  • Participate in inventory management, counting, and reconciliation processes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and support store initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous retail experience preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Candidate must be reliable, trustworthy, and have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
