About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Hospitality Expert to join our Beverage team at Greenbank Services Club.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time opportunity with a range of benefits.

Job Description

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to members and guests, promoting our events, and ensuring efficient transactions and delivery of beverages. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with diverse demographics, and be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy workspace.

You will also be required to:

  • Provide prompt and friendly customer advice and assistance.
  • Communicate effectively and take food/drink orders.
  • Handle cash and gaming transactions efficiently, while ensuring security and privacy.
  • Promote Club events and deliver information to patrons.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or a customer-related industry.
  • Knowledge of liquor and beverage products.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Able to deal with diverse demographics and improve communication.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
Requirements and Qualifications

In addition to the essential skills, you must have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (can acquire after employment).
  • Working rights in Australia.
