**Job Opportunity: Complex Support Specialist**


About Your New Role:

As a vital member of our team, you'll be assisting clients with complex needs in the Nambour region and surrounding areas. Our frontline services are driven by professionals like you, delivering exceptional care and innovative strategies to help clients reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with mental health challenges, personal care, household duties, and medication management
• Provide companionship and build meaningful, caring relationships
• Maintain effective communication and strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Prioritise workloads and respond to emergent situations with ease


Requirements:

• A current driver's license
• 1 Year experience working with disabilities and mental health support services
