Janitorial Professional Wanted

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated individual to join our cleaning team. This position is ideal for individuals who can prioritize their time efficiently and consistently provide a high-quality cleaning service.

The role requires working Monday to Sunday, 38 hours per week on a rotation roster, with shifts from 6am to 12am, including three shifts a day:

  • Morning Shift: 6am to 2pm
  • Day Shift: 10:30am to 6:30pm
  • Evening Shift: 4pm to 12am

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Experience in cleaning
  • Proficiency in English
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • Good attitude and willingness to learn
  • A smartphone and own transport for early morning starts and late night shifts
  • Ability to work flexible hours across shifts

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • General cleaning, toilet cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, glass cleaning, and dusting
  • Undertaking daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks, as well as other duties as required
  • Operating cleaning machinery (full training provided)
  • Maintaining cleaning standards in accordance with contractual requirements
  • A strong focus on safety and ensuring compliance with WH&S policies and procedures
