Multi-Site Retail Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Site Manager to oversee the full spectrum of retail operations across multiple stores. As a key leader, you will drive performance, team development, and operational excellence while ensuring visual merchandising aligns with our brand DNA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor Store Managers and teams across two locations.
  • Set clear expectations and lead by example to create a high-performance culture.
  • Manage employee relations, including performance, coaching, and succession planning.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven team environment.
Operations and Compliance:
  • Ensure BOH operations, safety procedures, and shrinkage management are executed consistently.
  • Oversee payroll approval, roster management, and efficiency of task execution.
  • Analyse and report on store performance metrics and operational KPIs.
  • Implement and monitor stock integrity and loss prevention strategies.
  • Execute and maintain VM standards across all stores, aligning with brand vision and campaign launches.
  • Ensure all stores deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in multi-site retail leadership or retail operations management.
  • Strong understanding of stock operations, inventory flow, and visual merchandising principles.
  • A hands-on and adaptable leadership style, with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive results.
  • Passion for the brand and contemporary fashion culture.
