About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-conscious Sales Assistant to join our team at our Albany store. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maximizing sales, and representing our brand with style and integrity.
The key to your success lies in your ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized fashion solutions. You will work collaboratively with a supportive team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, maximize sales, and support the management team with stock organization and visual merchandising.

A Day in the Life
- Represent Jay Jays by providing exceptional customer service with honesty and integrity
- Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve both individual and store targets
- Cash handling and processing sales
- Assist with stock management and processing
- Assist with set up of store promotions and visual merchandising
- Minimise stock loss by following company loss prevention policies and procedures

- Demonstrate a strong customer focus and provide an outstanding customer experience

- Be 'solutions-focused' when faced with problems
- Awareness of loss prevention, health and safety, visual merchandising, as well as experience in a team environment or fashion retail is favourable but not essential.
